An award-winning marketer who has lived in five cities, Mike has counseled a wide array of the world’s largest companies and best-known brands. Previously, he worked in executive positions at Conexión, Universal Pictures and Fleishman-Hillard.

Mike is a two-time Co-Chair of Hispanicize, judge at the CLIO awards, sits on the Board of BBVA Compass and is a trustee of United Way. He is an accomplished writer who has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, CNN, Ad Age, AdWeek, PR Week, The Miami Herald, Miami Today and The New Times. He has also been included on the “40 Under 40” lists of four organizations.

Helene has over three decades’ of experience in strategic planning, media research and media buying. Prior to Chemistry Cultura, she worked in executive positions at Discovery, HBO and Ogilvy & Mather. She has a diverse skill set, with experience in the Latin American, U.S. Hispanic, Caribbean and U.S. general markets. As a certified business coach, she also has a great deal of knowledge in staff training, department development and client service.

Krysten leads the media relations team, playing a pivotal role in the planning and execution of creative, multi-market communications programs for our clients. Her experience has included work with brands like Facebook, NFL, eMerge Americas and National Geographic.

Krysten received a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.

Giancarlo’s role at Chemistry Cultura includes leading the agency’s digital communications projects and serves as traffic manager for the creative department. Before joining us, Giancarlo worked for the marketing department of Switchboard of Miami, a nonprofit community counseling and crisis intervention service.

Giancarlo received both a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing from Florida International University in Miami.
